System Process Analyst - Permanent

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + 15% Bonus

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in Central London Office

Our London-based Insurance client is seeking a talented System Process Analyst to head up the development of new Technology Systems and Performance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in various technology processes, encompassing testing and projects.
• Proven experience in assessing and enhancing immature processes.
• Ability to create comprehensive process narratives and flows.
• A keen eye for identifying automation opportunities.

Additional Qualities:

• Excellent communication skills, especially when collaborating with diverse business owners.
• Proficiency in data and analytics is advantageous.
• Familiarity with critical technologies such as Azure, Tablo, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• ITIL certification is a bonus, but not mandatory.
• A background in finance is advantageous but not required.
