We are urgently looking for a senior software engineer for a customer in Zurich who will create digital transformations, IT solution projects and internal IT consulting for customers throughout Switzerland. The company have been providing IT services to an expanding client list for over 25 years and now have multiple offices in Switzerland.

Your job includes:

• Software development of web / JEE applications
• Development of software and corporate architectures
• Working with clients and customers of the company to create solutions for their IT needs

The ideal skill set:

Technically:

• You have a university education, ideally in computer science, otherwise in a related field
• You are enthusiastic about the high quality standard for customer delivery
• You have a strong background in developing Java-based solutions and working with open source frameworks
• You have worked in agile software development with knowledge of the following topics: JAVA frameworks, Spring, Hibernate, JAVA application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere or WildFly), cloud technologies (Docker, Openshift, Kubernetes), database technologies (Oracle, MySQL , Maria DB)
• You can speak fluent German and English
