Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientated accountant to join our growing client in their Asset Management division. You will be responsible for managing financial records and leading construction projects.

You will be responsible for all day to day financial tasks associated with the running of the firms property portfolio. This will include monthly bank reconciliations, journal entries, preparation of Real Estate Income and Expense statements and investor reporting.

As our client continue to add to their portfolio you will spearhead any construction contracts and ensure book keeping for all entities are accurate.

Requirements

• Experience working in a Real Estate Firm
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements and journal entries
• Accounts payable experience in commercial real estate
