Responsibility
- Ensuring the cross-project implementation of the delivery packages in accordance with the product increment planning of the end-to-end customer process
- Risk tracking and, where necessary, ad-hoc consolidation of open points and deriving mitigation measures with the projects or partners
- Recognize and deepen dependencies between the projects and derive measure
- Scope item monitoring and resource tracking across all streams with the external partner (e.g. SAP)
- Technical coordination of the release management
- Ensuring training and support measures
- Scoping of new, not yet assigned topics
- Ensuring reporting with the project portfolio management and other instances
Experience
- Several years of successful and proven project experience in large-scale programs, preferably in the insurance sector
- Fluent german and english speaker
- Versed in using agile methods and delivery models
- Experience with methods of customer experience management and / or process management
- Experience in the field of CRM and E2E customer processes
- Ideally, knowledge of the SAP system environment
