Oliver James is working with a leading insurance organization that is looking to hire a Senior Paralegal on a contract basis. You will work under the Group Corporate Secretary to provide a range of legal support for the business. You will work on complex legal matters including drafting and reviewing resolutions, legal research for senior management, compliance, minutes and maintaining accurate records. You will take part is key meetings and ensure governance, minimum standards and regulatory compliance across across all areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Project Management
Key Qualifications / Experience;
- Degree, completion of ABA paralegal program, and a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, with 3 years of corporate governance experience or the equivalent, required. Ideally insurance experience.
- Knowledge and experience with general corporate functions
- A self-starter and team player with exceptional organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills,
