Senior Manager - Finance Change & Transformation - Insurance

As Senior Manager you will be responsible for project driven work, advising clients in their finance transformation programmes across General Insurance, Life and Pensions.

You will be responsible for driving change forward as well as managing the work-stream of consultants as part of a change / transformation environment.

Criteria :
- 10+ years relevant finance change & transformation experience in Insurance
- Experience of leading finance transformation work
- Good knowledge of the Insurance industry
- Confident stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of change and project management methods
- Broad experience in shaping business direction, TOM, delivery
