Senior Front End Engineer | React, JavaScript/TypeScript | English -Speaking | Zurich | Permanent

The Role:

Looking for an Senior Front End Engineer to work on a series of complex trading and sales platforms within a large established bank. This bank is based in Zurich and are going through a growth phase due to an increase in demand of their popular trading products.

You will work on a set of trade web based capturing applications, admin interfaces and more internal tools to allow traders to perform currency exchange and improve structural trades.

The platform has was originally developed 10 years ago and they are migrating it from vanilla JavaScript to a React & TypeScript application.

Tech:

Front end: React, JavaScript/TypeScript (3-5 years' experience). REST API

Testing: Jenkins, Jira, Git Repos, some Selenium tests

Person:

A problem solver that has experience in delivering projects on time.

Ability to interpret business requirements into technical capabilities

English Speaking

This is an urgent contract position and remote interviews can start this week, it is a x3 stage process consisting of a take home test, phone call and video call. A successful candidate will be able to start a new position by the end of May at the latest.
