Job Description

  • Sales Execution involving multiple activities such as targeting the right clients, originating/growing quality pipeline, closing profitable deals and managing sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.
  • Has prior experience in leading and closing large transformational System Integration deals especially leveraging the SAP ecosystem
  • Has experience in lead generation and opportunity shaping in SAP ecosystem
  • Is commercially aware and can recommend deal decisions based on what's of value to client and value to our firm
  • Good understanding of SAP suite of products and ability to articulate the value to customer
  • Strong connections with SAP in the region, to drive active collaboration
  • Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Interacts with Senior management levels at a client and/or within the company, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
  • Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
  • Ability to work with cross functional and cross geography teams
  • Has experience working with local and regional customers with experience across Products and Resources industries
  • Ability to originate new opportunities
  • Prior experience in selling outsourcing deals would be a plus

Qualifications - External

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in solution selling/ technology deals
