1. Technical Business Analyst - Focused on back-end integration - strong support and interaction with technical lead and solution architect - must have API, integration & data management experience
2. Functional Senior Business Analyst -Customer-facing digital solutions, working very closely with the UX/UI designers and development teams
The successful candidates
- At least 5-10 years of experiences as Business Analyst
- Agile experience; creating the backlog, writing the user stories to reflect UX/UI design elements, grooming with development and QA teams and ongoing support/clarification
- Strong experiences of regional insurance digital projects as BA is ideal but not a must
- Excellent facilitation and influencing skills, including the ability to work effectively across a large organization, developing strong cross-functional relationships
- Good command of English, local languages would be a plus
