- Actively participate in project design meetings.
- Provide timely information to Director of Operations, raising risks and highlighting any issues, to keep the project on track and on time.
- Assist with tracking goals, project schedule, and the dissemination of new information to stakeholders.
- Supervise active projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored, and visible to the team.
- Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails, providing summary updates to Director of Operations and stakeholders.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Coordinate project retrospectives to refine delivery approaches, and build capabilities for the teams.
- Coordinate other team meetings as needed such as monthly team meetings, daily stand-ups, weekly leads meetings, etc.

- Coordinate product releases and client deliverables across a variety of client environments, timelines, and requirements.
- Coordinate team schedules and on-call rotation, including reporting on on-call workloads and timesheets.
- Organize materials for change management meetings on a weekly and ad-hoc basis, facilitating the Change Advisory Board meetings and distributing the forward schedule of change to stakeholders.
- Meeting facilitation, note taking, and distribution of minutes to stakeholders
- Process and report on client billings, delivering usage reports to accounting team and Operations Managers for distribution to clients.
