Job description

Directly reporting to the Head of Global Sales (HGS), the Project Management Officer (PMO) will be part of a dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will support the HGS and the whole function dealing with internal and external stakeholders (Board of Directors, top management, clients, Sales people)

Main activities will include:

  • Performing analyses on a broad range of topics, following the requests from the function and proactively identifying attention points;
  • Designing feasible solutions to high-priority issues for the HGS approval and monitoring the implementation of agreed actions;
  • Supporting the HGS on the opening of new markets worldwide;
  • Supporting the development of concrete, detailed plans for projects, including the schedule, the budget, outlining the duties of each team member, identifying project goals, and setting the timeline;
  • Performing clerical duties;
  • Handling specific Committees by researching data to prepare documents and presentations for review, defining the agenda, coordinating the meeting and monitoring follow-up actions;
  • Preparing presentations and gathering data from multiple stakeholders in the business;
  • Preparing special reports; gathering, summarizing and analyzing data with focus on budgeting, forecasting, setbacks and potential improvements on Global Sales activities;
  • Ensuring delivery of Global Sales requests to various departments, prioritizing conflicting needs, handling matters in a timely fashion;
  • Maintaining absolute confidentiality and protecting company and executive information; using excellent judgment in sharing information with individuals inside and outside the Company;
  • Liaising with different teams, stakeholders and upper-level management within the organization;
  • Providing general administrative support

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Economics, Finance or similar;
  • 3-5 years of work experience, with background in consulting or investment banking/asset management;
  • Able to work according to Agile methodology principles;
  • Full Italian and English Proficiency;
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages is a strong plus (i.e. French or German);
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly analytical mindset;
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills;
  • Ability to organize daily workload by priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment;
  • Ability to manage high-pressure and conflicting requests;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player;
  • Good commercial instinct
