Leading Insurance & Asset Management firm looking for a system/production specialist to provide support to enterprise internal systems.

Our client is an global tier 1 Insurance and Asset Management firm based in Hong Kong who are looking for a senior software technical analyst to provide production support for enterprise systems across the local office.

This is the chance for someone to develop their experience within the financial industry with a renowned name within one of the most stable industries in Hong Kong.

Job responsibilities

- Manage incident and status reports
- Ongoing inssue investigation and follow-up to resolve
- Review QA and SQL written by other teams as an application database administrator
- On-call production support
- Regulate system security controls and ensure they confirm to company standards

Requirements

- Graduate degree in related IT discipline
- 3+ years of development experience in COBOL, Oracle DB PL/SQL
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Experienced in using troubleshooting tools including performance tuning, monitor, SQL profiler
- Knowledge in MPF, insurance or financial services projects is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
