Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies to meet business objectives
- Monitor and manage IT service performance, availability, and capacity
- Lead a team of Infrastructure Engineers to ensure smooth IT operations
- Oversee vendor relationships and contracts for IT services
- Collaborate with other IT teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager, preferably from FS or Insurance background
- Strong background in Infrastructure Engineering/Hands on technical experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
