Regional Senior Investment BA - Leading Insurer
I am looking for a Senior Investment BA to join my FS client's multinational Finance Project team. Ideal candidates would be someone with Insurance/ Investments background, who got solid Finance/ Investment system implementation background.
What is the role about
- Work with SMEs from cross-functional teams in different geographical locations to successfully onboard the data required for Investment systems implementation across different business units
Investments data gathering and production of upload templates for business unit's static, reference and market data as well as transaction data
Assist with reconciliation of onboarded data
Assist business unit SME with UAT, data catch up and parallel testing process
Maintenance, tracking and follow-up of the BU's risks, issues, and actions
Work with Project Lead on risk identification, issue management, escalation, change management
Document data conversion strategy, test plan, test cases, and other essential project documentation
The Ideal Candidate
8+ years of proven experience in analytics capacity in insurance or investments industry
Finance or Investment system/data implementation background
A strong understanding of the investment instruments, including conventional and alternative assets, and their corresponding investment and accounting lifecycle is essentially required
- Implemented any of the following will be a huge plus: Simcorp, Geneva, HiPort, Portia, Camra, MultiFonds, Aladdin Accounting, SAP Financial Asset Management
- Exposure to IFRS9/ State Street PAM is a plus but not a must
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Good understanding of project management and implementation methodology
