- Key leadership role within the Global Finance Team
- Drive improvements in the financial processes and availability of data, including KPI's
- Facilitate monthly reporting to senior management and key stakeholders for multiple sites in the EU and potentially outside of the EU in the future
- Drive the integration of new brands (M&A) and enhanced processes
- Improve financial status by analysing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management
- Work with business operations and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting and support
- Ensure proper accounting in accordance with local country GAAP / IFRS and to support the consolidated US audit and local statutory audits
- Oversee and coordinate with external providers for tax related functions such as income tax, VAT, tax planning and transfer pricing
