**Interim Head of Finance Change and Finance Transformation - 12 month Fixed Term Contract - London**

Our client is a leading Global Insurer is seeking an Interim Head of Finance Change in their London office. The role will report to the International CFO with a matrix reporting line into the VP, Head of Finance Change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and drive continual improvement in Finance Change processes.
• Assisting in delivering Global Finance change projects and ensuring appropriate engagement from the UK Finance teams for relevant projects.
• Drive the direction and development of financial data, financial data structure and management information systems.
• Engage with the IT team, developing strong communication and establishing effective relationships.
• Facilitating communication between the Finance teams and other functions with respect to change processes.
• Establish a relationship with the Data Management Unit and help direct resources to highest priority areas with data issues
• Responsible for integration activities related to finance data systems, financial reporting and management information
• Lead and drive key projects as they impact the UK Finance teams.
