Head of SAP Finance

My client is a small SAP consultancy with a focus on business applications for small-to-medium customers, and we're looking for a Head of SAP Finance to head up their SAP FI/CO business unit. Due to the size of both my clients and their customers, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take more accountability for their projects and see the full scope of the impact of your work.
Your tasks
- Active participation and support in the strategic development of the company
- Strategic and operational leadership of 10 consultants
- Project management, leading anywhere from 10 to 50 consultants (including externals)
- Participation in functional FI/CO consulting projects as Lead Consultant
- Pre-sales activity
Your profile
- Team or division management experience, ideally in SAP consulting in Switzerland
- Strong knowledge and functional experience with SAP Finance & Controlling modules
- Integrative process knowledge from SAP S/4 HANA Finance, Logistics & HCM
- Ideally higher education in Business Administration
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to act as a credible sparring partner with the management and customers
- C2 or native German speaker
