We're looking for a confident, people centric individual to join an industry leading organisation as a Junior Business Analyst.

You'll ideally either have:

• Some training, certifications, degree within a business field of study
• Or have worked in a customer centric or business facing role (Sales, marketing, analyst, customer service, call centre etc) looking for a career change!

You'll definitely need to have excellent written & verbal communication skills and be passionate and confident about engaging with people to solve business challenges!

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements.
• Document and track project deliverable and time-lines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Participate in planning and executing change management strategies.
• Support the implementation of new business processes and systems.
• You'll have an analytical & problem-solving mentality
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Basingstoke this is 3 days a week in the office so you must be a commutable distance, it's also paying up to £30,000 plus benefits dependent on experience.
