Job Summary:

• Collaborate closely with clients to nurture the development and effective implementation of cutting-edge, top-notch training, readiness, and change management solutions, ensuring utmost satisfaction with the services delivered.
• Responsible for coordinating and executing projects related to system training, readiness, and change management.
• Maintain high client satisfaction levels through the successful adoption and proficient utilization of healthcare IT technology and EMR among assigned clients.
• Work collaboratively with other Readiness Leaders to oversee the EHC Super User Lead program, fostering the development of Super User Lead competencies.
• Conduct evaluations of training and readiness programs, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Attend professional and civic meetings, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to devise plans for professional growth and stay updated on industry trends and practices.
• Manage projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferred bachelor's degree.
• Five years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing training, readiness, and change management solutions pertaining to healthcare IT technology and EMR adoption.
