- Collaborate with business stakeholders, senior management and project management teams to draft Project/Program Plans based on the roadmap. These plans typically include Scope, Cost, Roadmap, Milestones etc.
- Identify project resource needs. Develop project plans including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
- Work with Digital IT Program Lead, Development Lead and guide team of Full Stack Developers, Data Engineers, Solution Architects etc. to develop and deliver Underwriting application that is staple deliverable of this program
- Work with Lead Data Scientist to formulate, structure, and drive technical solutions for the Machine Learning team and deliver innovations on behalf of internal business customers.
