**NEW ROLE - DevOps Engineer - 12 month FTC - leading Insurance client**

Our client, a leader Global Insurance organisation is looking to expand its Infrastructure team by hiring a DevOps Engineer to work on the implementation of changes required to support continuous integration and deployment. This role will give you great exposure and could extend passed the year contract so has great long term potential.

You will need to:

• Understand and embrace Agile principles to establish efficient working practices within the team
• Work with the Infrastructure and Delivery teams to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
• Ensure in the design and implementation of processes and procedures to maintain the integrity of the development and test environments.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of the most appropriate software configuration tools including:
• Source Control Repositories.
• Build tools.
• Deployment Tools.

Key Skills:

• Windows 2008/2012, Active Directory, Group Policy.
• Previous experience of MS Visual Studio.
• Windows PowerShell.
• Jenkins/Hudson.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Previous experience with CMDB tools and processes.
