Insurance Broker requires a technically astute compliance officer to support a growing team.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience (3+ years) of regulatory compliance within an insurance (Broker or GI) environment.
This role will facilitate a customer centric and compliance culture throughout the business, supporting compliance with FCA standards, regulatory technical advice and other regulatory requirements.
This role will assist the client to adhere with relevant regulatory requirements and regulatory reporting.
You will be responsible for:
- Working with risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Implementing regulatory requirements and procedures
- Support the implementation of risk framework
- Document and monitor actions, DD, integration, acquisition, etc.
- Produce accurate and timely management information reports in connection with compliance activity
