Oliver James is currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to join a leading Asset Management firm in Dublin for a newly created position.
The Compliance Manager opportunity is a newly created position within the firm due to the continued growth of the organisation over the last 1 months. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm with a fantastic reputation on the market.
Sitting on a small but growing team, this role will cover a broad remit but focus on delivering compliance support for the Legal entities in Ireland.
- Creating and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
- Leasing with both the CBI and Senior Stakeholders regarding the firms' compliance policies and procedures.
- Reviewing relevant marketing and promotional material from a compliance standpoint.
- Undertaking oversight and quality assurance tests of the first line business activities;
- Along with leasing with other relevant functions within the firm such as legal, financial and financial crime units.
Is this for me?
This opportunity would suit an experienced Compliance professional with demonstrated experience within either a Fund Administration or an Asset Management background.
The successful candidate would ideally have the following attributes;
- A relevant professional qualification i.e. LCOI or ACOI.
- Strong exposure to UCITs, MIFID and AIFMD.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eager and ambitious nature.
