Oliver James are representing a Global Insurer in their search for a Company Secretary Associate.

Job requirements:

You will be assistant the Company Secretary, the Board and wider business on governance matters (UK and Globally)

This will include: Maintenance of minutes, Attending Exec Committee meetings, meeting documentation, attending Board meetings, drafting Board/ Committee reports.

The suitable candidate will:

Experience working in a similar role, having prepared minutes, attending board meetings and coordinated meetings

Worked for an Insurer previously (Lloyds preferably)

Demonstrate strong communication skills with both internal/ external stakeholders
