An exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Lawyer who is looking to make a move from private practice into an in-house opportunity.
The successful Commercial Real Estate Lawyer will be part of a growing in-house team and will support the European Operations.
The day to day role will include;
- Identifying risks that can be insured
- Title and Legal Indemnity Insurance
- Handling a variety of Real Estate Matters including acquisitions and disposals, advising lenders and borrowers
- Working on both an international and domestic transactions
- Corporate support work

- 2 + years PQE
- Ability to work independently on transaction
