Change Assistant / Project Support

Purpose of the role : You will be supporting both the Head of Business Change and the Delivery Manager with a wide range of change management and IT tasks.

Key tasks :

  • Requirements gathering
    Facilitate the delivery of new applications and associated business practices by training users, explain and document enhancements to IT, and provide or support user acceptance testing.
  • Process documentation
    Understand the process objectives for each business function, supporting the rollout of any changes and proposing improvements.
  • Stakeholder management
    Regular updates / escalation to Delivery Manager and Head of Business Change. Complete written updates for projects.
  • Cross-departmental liaison
    Spend time with business change requestors to understand the objectives of any change and positively challenge processes, solutions, and test plans. Support release management process including co-ordination and compilation of Release Notes.
  • Adherence to Project Management Framework
    Ensure key departments are aware of new Changes / Projects (e.g. Data Protection Officer, Contracts Manager, IT Infrastructure)

  • Confident submitting verbal and written project updates
