The award recognises the Top 25 most socially engaged companies in the recruitment industry, within EMEA, and highlights the companies who have established the strongest social engagement strategies based on interactions with LinkedIn’s 450 million members.

Rankings for the LinkedIn Top 25 are based on social reach, employee engagement, talent brand and content marketing power on LinkedIn. The ranking measures the top companies in the recruitment industry from over 60,000. Oliver James Associates has increased its LinkedIn following by 69.6% in the last 12 months as a result of a highly targeted content marketing strategy via the LinkedIn platform.
