A global P&C insurance carrier is looking to hire a Complex Claims Specialist for their casualty/general liability team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of complex commercial general liability claims including premise liability, slip & falls, commercial auto liability, liquor liability and other complex bodily injuries (including large losses). Claims will involve litigation and coverage investigation so experience is required.
Key/Skills Experience Required:
- 7+ years casualty / general liability claim experience (premise, slip & falls, bodily injury etc.)
- Exposure to CGL cases above $250,000 in value essential to be considered
- Experience within construction GL and/or NYLL highly beneficial
- Exposure to litigation and coverage investigation essential
- Exposure to excess policies / large loss claims
- Exceptional customer service capability. Excellent relationship management capability
- The ability to act as a technical lead and provide advice to more junior adjusters
- Bachelors Degree and Adjuster License in multiple states. JD preferred.
This role is on a hybrid schedule from Atlanta GA or NYC with an excellent salary up to $130,000 plus 20% bonus, along with a clear career path for the future.
